ALL SALES FINAL (including shipping and any other fees).
Please ensure that your order and all information is correct before submitting. Incorrect shipping information may lead to further delay of delivery, and additional shipping cost if any is the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders include a tracking number that will be sent to the email provided once orders are processed for shipment.
Payment to be received by Cash, Venmo, ApplePay, Cashapp, or PayPal as agreed.
Your order is carefully prepared to ensure that our products are processed with the upmost care and accuracy, so that your items arrive in excellent condition. Please inspect all packages and its contents immediately upon delivery acceptance. Due to sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you believe that a product has a defect, discontinue use of product and notify us immediately without delay at chloe@beautylofthnl.com. Items are considered defective only when products are used correctly, yet the product is not performing to its intent. If the item packaging was affected in shipping transit, however its contents or functionality is not affected, the item will not be considered to be defective. Further, should your order contain chemical based products such as adhesives, we recommend that your package be received at an address where it can be received to promptly be stored properly, as external environmental factors can affect product properties.
If you believe that your order is missing in transit, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. It may be required for us to contact the shipping company to open a claim for missing orders. BEAUTYLOFT is not responsible for any stolen orders. If you would like orders to be delivered with a signature upon delivery, we can provide this service for an additional fee.
Terms and Conditions of Use
By accessing our site and purchasing products from BEAUTYLOFT, you are agreeing to these terms, conditions, and policies. Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refers to BEAUTYLOFT; and the terms "you", "technician", and "buyer" refers to the person purchasing and using the product. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any of its services.
BEAUTYLOFT reserves the right to refuse service for any reason at anytime. We also reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services and the quantities of any products sold. Limited website services may periodically occur due to maintenance and updates.
BEAUTYLOFT reserves the right to change prices, products, and discontinue product offerings without notice at anytime for any reason. We make every effort to display products true to its color and description, however due to different monitor displays and settings, we cannot guarantee that the products displayed are exact to the product itself.
By purchasing products, the buyer acknowledges and remains responsible that the technician is a (1) Hawaii State Board Licensed Esthetician, Barber, or Cosmetologist, and (2) Certified and Trained in Eyelash Extensions. Further, the technician understands that exposure of chemicals to extreme temperatures and environmental factors, usage, and techniques may cause the changes to the product. The technician agrees that BEAUTYLOFT products will be used with extreme care as intended by trained lash technicians to prevent accidental injury.
Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless BEAUTYLOFT, its Directors, Officers, Owner, Employees, Interns, Agents, Representatives, and Suppliers from any and all claims to injury, loss, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the result of your use of the service or any product.
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions such as a contest entry, or without a request from us you send creative ideas or suggestions, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise commentary, you agree that we may at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. BEAUTYLOFT shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. You shall not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; or interfere with site security features. BEAUTYLOFT reserves the right to terminate services should any of these terms be violated.
